🍲🥢👨‍🍳 Bold Flavors with an Asian Twist (Asian Fusion Challenge): Vietnamese Pho with Korean Bulgogi Beef
Indulge in the fusion of Vietnamese comfort and Korean savor – a pho that sings with bulgogi’s sweetness.

🥣 Ingredients:
– 200g rice noodles
– 1L beef broth
– 300g bulgogi beef
– 2 onions, sliced
– 4 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 ginger piece, minced
– Pho spices (star anise, cinnamon, cardamom)
– Fresh herbs (basil, cilantro)
– Bean sprouts, lime wedges, and chili peppers for garnish

🧑‍🍳 Preparation:
1. Cook rice noodles as per package instructions; drain and set aside.
2. In a pot, bring beef broth to a boil with onions, garlic, ginger, and pho spices.
3. Simmer for 20 minutes; strain to get a clear broth.
4. Sear bulgogi beef until caramelized; set aside.
5. Divide noodles among bowls, top with beef.
6. Pour hot broth over, and garnish with fresh herbs, bean sprouts, lime, and chili as shown in your vibrant photo.

😅 Bonus:
Did you know? Pho is pronounced as “fuh” not “foe.” So don’t “pho-get” to enjoy every spoonful!
