🍡🍢🍣 (Korean BBQ Bonanza) Sweet Red Bean Mochi

🥣 Ingredients:
– 1 cup glutinous rice flour
– 3/4 cup water
– 1/2 cup red bean paste
– Cornstarch, for dusting
– Pinch of salt

1. In a bowl, mix glutinous rice flour with water and salt until smooth.
2. Steam the mixture for 20 minutes until the dough becomes translucent.
3. Allow it to cool slightly before dusting your hands with cornstarch and shaping the dough into small balls.
4. Flatten each ball and place a spoonful of red bean paste in the center.
5. Wrap the dough around the filling and seal it tightly.
6. Dust with cornstarch and serve on an elegant dish, revealing the luscious red bean filling.
