🥟🍤🥢 (Guangzhou Dim Sum Delights) Steamed Shrimp Dumplings
Bold flavors and delicate art come together in these classic Guangzhou Dim Sum delights. A bite-sized treat, where the fresh zest of shrimp shines through a translucent, glistening wrapper.

🥣 Ingredients:
– 250g fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp sugar
– 1 tbsp cornstarch
– 20 dumpling wrappers
– Water, for steaming
– 1 green onion, finely chopped (for garnish)

🧑‍🍳 Preparation:
1. Chop shrimp into a coarse paste and mix with salt, sugar, and cornstarch.
2. Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each wrapper.
3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold and seal tightly.
4. Steam for about 6-8 minutes or until translucent.
5. Present on a warm plate, backlit by soft light to enhance the pink shrimp and glistening wrapper, just like our photo!
