Spice-Infused Mango Sticky Rice (ข้าวเหนียวมะม่วง)

🌶️🍚🥭 (Bangkok’s Spicy Street Food) Spice-Infused Mango Sticky Rice
Bring a warm zing to your sweet ending with this spicy mango sticky rice!

🥣 Ingredients:
– 1 cup Thai glutinous rice
– 1 1/4 cups water
– 1 ripe mango, sliced
– 4 tsp sugar
– A pinch of salt
– 1/2 cup coconut milk
– 1/2 tsp chili flakes

🧑‍🍳 Preparation:
1. Rinse rice until water clears. Soak in water for 30 minutes.
2. Cook rice with water in a steamer for 20 minutes.
3. While rice cooks, heat coconut milk, sugar, and salt until dissolved.
4. Once rice is done, mix in the coconut milk blend.
5. Serve with ripe mango slices on top.
6. Sprinkle with chili flakes to pack a punch!
