🔥🥩🎉 Korean BBQ Bonanza: Smoky Grilled Samgyeopsal 🥩🔥🎉
Feast on smoky, unmarinated pork belly, a beloved Korean BBQ must-have, grilled right at the table! Wrapped in crisp lettuce with garlic and ssamjang, it’s a taste of Korea’s vibrant communal dining.

🥣 Ingredients:
– 600g Pork belly, thickly sliced
– 1 head Lettuce, for wrapping
– 2 cloves Garlic, thinly sliced
– 4 tbsp Ssamjang (Korean dipping sauce)
– Banchan side dishes (kimchi, pickled radish, etc.)

🧑‍🍳 Preparation:
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Grill pork belly slices for 2-3 minutes each side until golden and smoky.
3. Assemble wraps: grab a lettuce leaf, place a garlic slice, spread a dollop of ssamjang, and top with a slice of grilled pork.
4. Serve immediately with a variety of banchan to enjoy a full Korean BBQ experience.

😅 Bonus:
Did you know? “Samgyeopsal” means “three layers of flesh,” referring to the pork belly’s alternating layers of meat and fat. Deliciously descriptive, isn’t it?
