🔥🥩🎉 (Korean BBQ Bonanza) Sizzling Bulgogi Delight
Bold flavors and sizzling sounds take the stage with our Bulgogi – sweet, savory, and a spectacular addition to your Korean buffet!
🥣 Ingredients:
– 500g Thinly Sliced Beef Sirloin
– 4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
– 2 Tbsp Sugar
– 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
– 1 Pear, grated
– 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
– 1 Small Onion, thinly sliced
– Lettuce leaves for serving
– Dipping sauces of choice
🧑🍳 Preparation:
1. Mix the soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, grated pear, and garlic in a bowl for the marinade.
2. Soak the beef slices in the marinade for at least 30 minutes—overnight if possible.
3. Grill the beef until it’s nicely charred and sizzling, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
4. Serve the bulgogi wrapped in lettuce leaves and add your favorite dipping sauces.
