🌶️🌶️🌶️ Bold Flavors Meet Tradition in our Asian Fusion Challenge! Sichuan Kimchi Pancake
A spicy twist on the traditional Korean pancake with a tingling Sichuan pepper sensation.

🥣 Ingredients:
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1/2 cup water
– 2 cups kimchi, chopped
– 1 tbsp kimchi juice
– 1 tsp Sichuan pepper, ground
– 1/4 cup green onions, finely sliced
– 2 tbsp vegetable oil
– Salt to taste

🧑‍🍳 Preparation:
1. In a bowl, mix flour, water, Sichuan pepper, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
2. Stir in kimchi, kimchi juice, and green onions.
3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Pour the batter to form a pancake.
4. Cook until the edges are crispy and golden brown, about 3-4 minutes each side.
5. Present with the fiery red kimchi visible and crispy edges against a dark plate for contrast.
