🍲🌶️🥢 Dive into the heat of (Spicy Sichuan Week) with our Sichuan Hot Pot! 🔥 A communal dish with a variety of meats and vegetables cooked in a spicy broth.

🥣 Ingredients:
– 500g mixed sliced meats (beef, lamb, chicken)
– 300g assorted fresh vegetables (mushrooms, bok choy, spinach)
– 200g tofu, cut into cubes
– 150g glass noodles
– 2 litres of chicken or vegetable broth
– 4 tablespoons Sichuan hot pot base
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 thumb ginger, sliced
– Sichuan peppers to taste
– Dipping sauces (sesame oil, Chinese barbecue sauce)

🧑‍🍳 Preparation:
1. Heat the broth in a large pot and stir in the Sichuan hot pot base, garlic, and ginger.
2. Bring to a gentle boil before adding the Sichuan peppers for that fiery kick.
3. Arrange meats, vegetables, tofu, and noodles in separate plates around the pot.
4. Invite everyone to cook their chosen ingredients in the broth and dip them in the sauces to taste.
5. Capture the steam and vibrant colors of the diverse ingredients, showcasing the fiery broth for a visually tempting feast.
