Savor the crisp bites of Haemul Pajeon, a Korean seafood pancake perfect as an appetizer or side, marrying savory seafood with zesty green onions for a taste of the ocean.
🥣 Ingredients:
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1/2 cup water
– 2 eggs
– 1 cup green onions, chopped
– 1/2 cup mixed seafood (shrimp, calamari), pre-cooked
– 1/4 tsp salt
– Oil for frying
– Soy dipping sauce for serving
🧑🍳 Preparation:
1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, water, eggs, and salt to create a smooth batter.
2. Mix in the green onions and seafood into the batter until well combined.
