Rice Noodle Rolls (腸粉)

🥢🍤🌿 (Guangzhou Dim Sum Delights) Rice Noodle Rolls
Silky rice noodle rolls filled with shrimp, beef, or pork – a Guangzhou favorite.

🥣 Ingredients:
– 200g rice flour
– 500ml water
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tbsp vegetable oil
– 100g shrimp (cleaned and chopped)
– 100g beef (thinly sliced)
– 50g pork (minced)
– 1 tbsp soy sauce
– Scallions (for garnish)

🧑‍🍳 Preparation:
1. Mix rice flour with water and salt. Whisk to a smooth batter.
2. Heat the oil in a pan. Cook shrimps/beef/pork separately with soy sauce.
3. Pour a thin layer of the batter onto a flat pan. Cook until set.
4. Place the fillings on one end of the noodle and roll carefully.
5. Steam for 5 minutes until transparent. Garnish with scallions.
6. Serve with soy sauce, and bathe them in soft, diffused light for that perfect shine!

😅 Bonus:
Did you know? Rice noodle rolls are also known as “Cheung Fun” – which is always a fun challenge to eat without them slipping off the chopsticks!
