🍜🥢🔥 Bold Asian Fusion! Miso Ramen with Chinese Barbecue Pork

Asian Fusion Challenge: Dive into a bowl of soul – the umami powerhouse of miso with succulent Chinese char siu.

🥣 Ingredients:
– 4 servings ramen noodles
– 800ml chicken or vegetable stock
– 2 tbsp miso paste (red or mixed)
– 200g Chinese-style char siu pork, sliced
– 4 soft-boiled eggs, halved
– 2 spring onions, sliced
– 1 sheet nori, cut into strips
– Optional toppings: bamboo shoots, corn, wilted spinach

🧑‍🍳 Preparation:
1. Cook ramen noodles according to the package, drain, and set aside.
2. Heat stock in a pot and dissolve miso paste.
3. Divide noodles between bowls, pour over the miso broth.
4. Top with char siu pork, a soft-boiled egg, and spring onions.
5. Add optional toppings and a strip of nori for a photogenic finish.
