🍵🌿✨ (Kyoto’s Matcha Magic) Matcha Soba Noodles
Dive into the green hues of Kyoto with these unique Matcha Soba Noodles. An ancient taste from Japan’s heart to your plate.

🥣 Ingredients
– 200g soba noodles
– 2 tsp matcha powder
– 1 L water
– Salt (pinch)
– 4 tbsp soy sauce
– 2 tbsp mirin
– 1 tbsp sugar
– Green onions, for garnish
– Wasabi or grated daikon radish, to taste

🧑‍🍳 Preparation
1. Boil water in a large pot with a pinch of salt.
2. Cook soba noodles for about 6 minutes or until al dente.
3. Drain and rinse noodles under cold water to stop cooking.
4. Mix matcha powder with a few tablespoons of warm water to form a paste.
5. Toss matcha paste with soba noodles until well coated.
6. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, and sugar for dipping sauce.
7. Serve noodles on a bamboo mat, garnish with green onions, and dip into sauce with a touch of wasabi or grated daikon.
