🥣 Ingredients:
– 4 fish fillets
– 1 Tbsp matcha powder
– Salt, to taste
– Pepper, to taste
– 1 lemon, sliced
– Fresh herbs (like dill or parsley)
🧑🍳 Preparation:
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.
3. Gently dust the fillets with matcha powder on both sides.
4. Place the fish on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
5. Serve hot, garnished with lemon slices and fresh herbs.
