🥣 Ingredients:
– 300g cream cheese, softened
– 100g granulated sugar
– 3 eggs
– 150g all-purpose flour
– 1 tbsp matcha powder, plus more for dusting
– 200ml heavy cream
– 1 tsp vanilla extract

1. Preheat your oven to 160°C.
2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
4. Gradually sift in flour and matcha, blend until combined.
5. Pour heavy cream and vanilla; stir until silky.
6. Pour mixture into a greased springform pan.
7. Bake for 45 minutes or until set. Cool completely.
