🍖🍯🔥 (Korean BBQ Bonanza) Honey-Soy Braised Short Ribs – Galbijjim is a tender, honey-soy braised delight, perfect for any BBQ gathering.
🥣 Ingredients:
– 1.5 kg beef short ribs
– 100 ml soy sauce
– 50 ml honey
– 70 ml water
– 4 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 small onion, finely chopped
– 1 carrot, sliced
– 1 spring onion, chopped
– 2 tsp sesame oil
– 1 tbsp sesame seeds
– Salt and pepper to taste
🧑🍳 Preparation:
1. Season ribs with salt and pepper.
2. Mix soy sauce, honey, water, garlic, and onion in a bowl.
3. Pour mixture over ribs and let marinate for 30 mins.
4. Transfer to a pot, add carrots, and braise on low heat for 90 mins.
5. Sprinkle spring onions, drizzle sesame oil, and garnish with sesame seeds.
6. Plate on a bed of vegetables, allowing the sauce to glisten.
