– 400g pork shoulder, thinly sliced
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp fish sauce
– 2 tbsp brown sugar
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp five-spice powder
– 1 tbsp vegetable oil
– Bamboo skewers, soaked in water
