🥢🍤🌿 Embark on a Hanoi Street Food Adventure with our Hanoi Shrimp Pancake! Dive into the flavors of West Lake with this local snack favorite.

🥣 Ingredients:
– 1 cup rice flour
– 2 tbsp turmeric powder
– 1½ cup water
– 1 tsp salt
– 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 1 bunch scallions, finely chopped
– Cooking oil
– Fresh lettuce leaves
– Mixed fresh herbs (mint, cilantro)
– Lime wedges for serving

🧑‍🍳 Preparation:
1. Mix rice flour, turmeric, water, and salt to create a smooth batter.
2. Stir in half of the chopped scallions.
3. Heat oil in a pan and pour in some batter to form a thin pancake.
4. Place shrimp on top and sprinkle with remaining scallions.
5. Cook until the edges are crispy, then fold the pancake in half.
6. Serve with fresh lettuce, herbs, and lime wedges. Capture the vibrant color and crispness in a close-up shot!
