🍳☕🎉 Bold Street Food Flavors from Hanoi! Hanoi Egg Coffee
A sweet twist on your caffeine kick! Combining the bitterness of coffee with creamy whipped egg yolks and sugar, for a delightful mouthful every sip.

🥣 Ingredients:
– 4 tbsp finely ground coffee
– 4 large eggs, yolks only
– 8 tsp sugar
– 300ml boiling water
– 100ml condensed milk

🧑‍🍳 Preparation:
1. Brew coffee with boiling water using your filter method; divide into 4 cups.
2. In a bowl, whip egg yolks with sugar until fluffy and pale.
3. Gently fold in the condensed milk to the egg mixture.
4. Spoon the creamy egg blend over hot coffee cups, creating a frothy layer on top.
5. Serve immediately, inviting everyone to stir the two layers before sipping.
