Bold and Mouth-Watering: Indulge in the iconic taste of Hanoi with Nem rán, a crispy delight that’ll transport you straight to Vietnam’s bustling streets. Pork, vermicelli, and rich flavors all wrapped in one golden bite.

🥣 Ingredients:
– Ground pork: 200g
– Vermicelli noodles: 100g, soaked and chopped
– Carrot: 1, shredded
– Wood ear mushrooms: 5g, soaked and chopped
– Egg: 1
– Spring roll wrappers: 12
– Salt: 1 tsp
– Pepper: 1/2 tsp
– Sugar: 1 tsp
– Fish sauce: 1 tbsp
– Fresh herbs for serving
– Dipping sauce (nuoc cham): Homemade or store-bought

🧑‍🍳 Preparation:
1. Combine pork, vermicelli, carrot, wood ear mushrooms, egg, salt, pepper, sugar, and fish sauce in a bowl.
2. Place a heaping tablespoon of the mixture onto each wrapper and roll tightly, sealing the edges with water.
3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry rolls until golden brown and crispy.
4. Serve with a plate of fresh herbs and a bowl of dipping sauce, beautifully showcasing the crunch with an aerial shot.
