Take a bite into savory delight with these tangy, crispy wonders that are perfect as a BBQ sidekick!
🥣 Ingredients:
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 1/2 cups water
– 1 cup chopped kimchi
– 1/2 teaspoon sugar
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 4 green onions, chopped
– Vegetable oil for frying
– Optional dipping sauce: soy sauce, vinegar, a pinch of sugar
🧑🍳 Preparation:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, water, sugar, and salt until smooth.
2. Stir in chopped kimchi and green onions until well combined.
3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Pour batter to form pancakes and fry until edges are golden and crispy.
4. Serve with a side dipping sauce and garnish with extra green onions – just like in our mouthwatering snapshot!
