🍜🥜🥒 Bold flavors, vegetarian delight – Chinese Sesame Peanut Noodles (Vegetarian Feast)
Easy and refreshing, these noodles are coated in a nutty, savory sesame and peanut sauce, offering a balance between taste and health.
🥣 Ingredients:
– 200g dried noodles
– 2 tbsp sesame oil
– 3 tbsp smooth peanut butter
– 1 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp rice vinegar
– 1 tsp sugar
– 1 garlic clove, minced
– Water (for noodles)
– Crushed peanuts (for garnish)
– 1 cucumber, julienned (for garnish)
🧑🍳 Preparation:
1. Cook the noodles in boiling water until al dente. Rinse under cold water and drain.
2. In a bowl, whisk together sesame oil, peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and garlic for the sauce.
3. Toss the cold noodles with the sauce until evenly coated.
4. Serve with a sprinkle of crushed peanuts and cucumber matchsticks on top, twirling some noodles artfully on a fork for that Instagram-worthy shot!
