🍢🌶️🔥 Embrace the Korean BBQ Bonanza with Charred Gochujang Chicken Skewers. These sizzling delights are a perfect blend of heat and char.
🥣 Ingredients:
– 600g chicken thighs, boneless, skinless, cut into cubes
– 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
– 1 tbsp soy sauce
– 2 tbsp honey
– 1 tbsp rice vinegar
– 1 tbsp sesame oil
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– Bamboo skewers, soaked in water
🧑🍳 Preparation:
1. Combine gochujang, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and garlic in a bowl to make the marinade.
2. Toss chicken in the marinade and let it rest for at least 30 minutes or overnight for a deeper flavor.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Skewer the marinated chicken and grill, turning occasionally, until charred and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
5. Present on a rustic plank, scattered with green onion slices and a sprinkle of sesame seeds to enhance the visual appeal.
