🥢🍚🥟 Dive into Guangzhou Dim Sum Delights with our delectable Char Siu Bao recipe!
These fluffy buns filled with succulent barbecued pork reflect Guangzhou’s sweet and savory artistry.

🥣 Ingredients:
– 250g all-purpose flour
– 5g instant yeast
– 50g sugar
– 125ml warm water
– 1 tbsp oil
– 200g char siu pork, diced
– 2 tbsp char siu sauce
– 1 tsp sesame oil

🧑‍🍳 Preparation:
1. Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and warm water in a bowl. Knead until smooth.
2. Cover the dough and let it rise until doubled.
3. Divide the dough into 8 parts; roll each into a flat circle.
4. Mix pork with char siu sauce and sesame oil.
5. Place pork filling in the center of each dough circle, gather edges, and seal.
6. Place buns on parchment, cover, and let rise for 20 min.
7. Steam for 12-15 min until puffed and cooked through.
8. Serve with tea, capturing that pillowy texture and glossy filling.
