🍲🍢🥢 Hanoi Street Food Adventure: Bún chả!
Embrace the essence of Hanoi with this lunchtime classic that brings together grilled pork, fresh noodles, and a tantalizing sauce.
🥣 Ingredients:
– 400g pork belly, thinly sliced
– 400g ground pork
– 200g rice vermicelli noodles
– Fresh herbs (mint, cilantro)
– 1 carrot, julienned
– 1 cucumber, sliced
– 4 garlic cloves, minced
– 2 shallots, minced
– Fish sauce, sugar, vinegar, lime for the dipping sauce
🧑🍳 Preparation:
1. Season pork belly and ground pork with minced garlic, shallots, and fish sauce.
2. Form ground pork into small patties.
3. Grill pork belly and patties until golden.
4. Boil vermicelli noodles, then rinse under cold water.
5. Mix fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, vinegar, and water to taste for the dipping sauce.
6. Arrange noodles, herbs, carrot, cucumber on a plate with pork on top. Serve with the dipping sauce.
