🌶️🥗🌆 Bold flavors meet freshness in our Bangkok Heatwave Salad (Bangkok’s Spicy Street Food) for a tantalizing taste journey. Spice up your meals with this vibrant green salad tossed in tangy Thai chili-lime dressing – a perfect backdrop to Bangkok’s lively street scenes.

🥣 Ingredients:
– 200g mixed greens (lettuce, arugula, etc.)
– 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
– 1 red bell pepper, julienned
– 1 carrot, julienned
– 2 spring onions, chopped
– A handful of fresh cilantro, chopped
– 2 Thai chilis, finely sliced
– For the dressing:
– Juice of 2 limes
– 2 tbsp fish sauce
– 1 tbsp honey
– 1 garlic clove, minced

🧑‍🍳 Preparation:
1. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cucumber, bell pepper, carrot, and spring onions.
2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together lime juice, fish sauce, honey, and minced garlic until well combined.
