Bangkok Firecracker Shrimp:
A blistering appetizer perfect to turn up the heat! Marinated in chili-lime, they are Bangkok’s vibrant streets on a plate.
🥣 Ingredients:
– 20 large shrimps, peeled and deveined
– 2 tbsp chili paste
– Zest and juice of 1 lime
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp honey
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 tsp ginger, grated
– Fresh cilantro for garnish
– Lime wedges to serve
🧑🍳 Preparation:
1. In a bowl, mix chili paste, lime zest and juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
2. Toss shrimps in the marinade and let them sit for 20 minutes.
3. Heat a pan over medium-high and cook shrimps for 2 minutes each side.
4. Serve on a plate with a fiery street-style flair, garnished with cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
